SAHYOG POLYMERS, our journey is rooted in a simple yet powerful purpose: empowering farming communities and industrial networks with high-performance piping and irrigation infrastructure. Headquartered in Rajkot, Gujarat, we have grown into an elite, ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer dedicated to driving efficiency in water management across India.
Incepted in 2020 under the strategic leadership of Mr. Anil Chothani and Mr. Sanjay Rudani, Sahyog Polymers was built to bridge the gap between heavy industrial demands and sustainable agricultural irrigation. Recognizing that water scarcity and outdated water distribution systems heavily drain resources, we set out to build highly resilient, leak-proof, and weather-resistant polymer piping solutions.
To convert our vision into physical reality, we invested heavily in creating a massive, modern technological footprint:
Quality is our hallmark, and SAHYOG itself stands for "Pattern of Excellence". Our commitment shines through our adherence to premier manufacturing standards and unparallel service. We proudly hold ISO 9001 Certification, ensuring we consistently meet both customer and regulatory expectations. Our pursuit of product-specific certifications underscores our dedication to industry benchmarks. Quality assurance is a continuous journey for us, driven by customer feedback and our relentless pursuit of Innovation.
A visionary entrepreneur and agro-industry expert, Mr. Anil Chothani has spent his career transforming modern agricultural infrastructure. Under his leadership, Sahyog Polymers has evolved into a premier manufacturer of high-performance micro-irrigation systems and industrial piping solutions.
Mr. Anil Chothani’s leadership style uniquely blends academic science with ground-level manufacturing excellence. Holding a Diploma in Horticulture, he possesses an innate, technical understanding of crop water requirements, soil health, and resource conservation. This specialized expertise allows him to drive product development from a farmer's viewpoint, ensuring that every solution manufactured delivers maximum durability, water efficiency, and crop yield.
Under his strategic direction, Sahyog Polymers has scaled its operations to a state-of-the-art 36,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility, boasting an annual production capacity of 5,500 Metric Tonnes. Committed to zero-compromise quality, Mr. Chothani has integrated an ISO 9001:2015-certified framework and a sophisticated in-house R&D testing laboratory to ensure every product exceeds national and international ISI standards.
His forward-thinking approach has successfully diversified the company’s portfolio into high-grade HDPE pipes, precision inline/online drip lateral systems, sprinkler pipes, and heavy-duty irrigation fittings built to withstand severe environmental stress.
Guided by Mr. Anil Chothani’s core philosophy of "Empowering Farmers, Conserving Water," Sahyog Polymers does more than manufacture components—it delivers ecological value. By championing smart micro-irrigation systems that cut water wastage by up to 70%, he continues to spearhead sustainable water management practices that empower agricultural communities and safeguard natural resources for future generations.
Mr. Sanjay Rudani is the co-driving force and Director of Sahyog Polymers, leading the complete operational blueprint and manufacturing division of the company. A results-driven leader with a strong commercial acumen, Mr. Rudani ensures that the company’s manufacturing facility translates engineering designs into premium-grade agricultural irrigation products flawlessly.
Bringing a robust financial and business management background with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree, Mr. Rudani strategically aligns production efficiency with fiscal discipline. His unique ability to balance budget optimization, resource management, and supply chain logistics keeps Sahyog Polymers highly competitive in the modern agricultural infrastructure market.
At the helm of the complete production unit, Mr. Rudani oversees day-to-day plant operations across the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. He manages end-to-end processes for advanced extrusion and moulding, ensuring high-capacity production goals—such as maintaining consistent output across HDPE pipes, sprinkler pipes, and lateral, drip irrigation components—are safely and efficiently met.
Mr. Rudani's leadership ensures strict adherence to the company's ISO 9001:2015 quality guidelines. By supervising shop-floor workflows and coordinating closely with the internal R&D testing laboratories, he ensures that every component leaving the factory gate rigorously complies with regulatory ISI benchmarks.
Believing that top-tier infrastructure relies on robust execution, Mr. Rudani fosters an environment of continuous improvement and safety on the production floor. His systematic approach to raw material sourcing, machine uptime optimization, and skilled workforce management guarantees that Sahyog Polymers delivers on its promise: providing farmers with timely, highly reliable, and zero-defect water management systems.
An IS 4984 certificate refers to the official BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) manufacturing licence that grants a company permission to print the ISI Mark on its High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) pipes. In India, government departments, public health engineering departments (PHED), and private contractors mandate this certificate to prove the pipes are safe for drinking water distribution
An IS 12786 certificate is a Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) licence issued to manufacturers for Polyethylene (PE) Pipes used as Irrigation Laterals. While the previous standard (IS 4984) covers thick high-pressure main lines for drinking water, IS 12786 specifically covers the smaller branch pipelines that distribute water directly to crops via drippers, emitters, or mini-sprinklers.
An IS 14151 certificate is a Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) product quality licence issued to manufacturers of High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) Sprinkler Pipes. Unlike permanently buried lines, this standard applies directly to highly durable, movable pipes used in portable agricultural sprinkler irrigation networks.
ISO 9001:2015 is the international standard that specifies requirements for a Quality Management System (QMS).
A Six Sigma certificate is a professional credential that verifies an individual's expertise in process improvement, defect reduction, and data-driven problem-solving.
A ZED (Zero Defect Zero Effect) certificate is a national certification issued by the Ministry of MSME, Government of India, to promote sustainable and high-quality manufacturing practices among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
ISO/IEC 17025:2017 (formally published internationally as the 2017 edition but universally integrated by national bodies like NABL by 2018) is the global benchmark for the competence, impartiality, and consistent operation of testing and calibration laboratories
IS 13488:2008 is a legally binding Indian Standard titled "Irrigation Equipment – Emitting Pipe Systems – Specification". Published by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), this standard outlines the specific mechanical, physical, and performance guidelines for integral emitting pipes (drip lines) used widely in agricultural drip irrigation systems.
IS 17425:2020 is an Indian Standard titled "Irrigation Equipment – Quick Coupled Polyethylene Pipes and Fittings for Sprinkler Irrigation Systems – Specification". Formulated and published by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS), this standard regulates the dimensional, physical, and performance criteria for portable sprinkler system pipes and their rapid-connect fittings
A GPCB Licence (Gujarat Pollution Control Board Licence) is a mandatory environmental clearance required for industrial, manufacturing, and commercial businesses operating in Gujarat. It ensures that your business complies with the Water Act of 1974 and the Air Act of 1981 to control and reduce environmental pollution.
